Ingredients
- One 8 ounce wheel of brie
- One package crescent roll dough (or rolls)
- 1/2 cup Peach jam
- Fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 egg beaten to brush on top
Instructions
- Spread out crescent roll dough
- Mix peach preserves and chopped fresh rosemary and spread half on round where brie willl go on the dough, place brie on top, then spread remainder on top of brie. Pull up sides of dough. Cut off excess. Brush with beaten egg.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until golden brown.
- Serve with crackers, sliced apples.
