Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- I yellow onion chopped
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 15 0z can diced tomatoes no salt added
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce (0ptional)
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1green bell pepper
- 2 jalapenos chopped
- 1.5 tsp sea salt
- pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil and saute onion and garlic til fragrant. Add turkey and cook till brown, draining liquid if necessary. Add rest of ingredients. Cook on medium/low heat for 1 hour
