Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • I yellow onion chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 15 0z can diced tomatoes no salt added
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce (0ptional)
  • 1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 2 jalapenos chopped
  • 1.5 tsp sea salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Drizzle olive oil and saute onion and garlic til fragrant. Add turkey and cook till brown, draining liquid if necessary. Add rest of ingredients. Cook on medium/low heat for 1 hour
  2. Serving Size: 1 cup
